My brother and I want to play this map competitively, using two maps and racing to the finish. I haven't seen anything about how the logic behind the game works, but ideally we'd want two copies of the map in the one world, each tracking one player but announcing puzzle solves to both.
(Using the first map as an example: If I solved a code, I would want it to broadcast "Checking fizstep's code..." to the server so we both see, then "Door ## unlocked!", unlocking the next puzzle on my map and leaving the other to work the code out separately.)
Is that possible with how the command blocks work in this second map? And would any 'crafters out there be able to make this up for us? I'd do it myself but I don't want to spoil the map! Even if it just says "Player 1" rather than working out our usernames and such, it would be AMAZING. Thanks!
EDIT: I realised it doesn't even need to specify which player it's unlocking for, because they can both work it out. It could almost just copy over block-for-block, but if it uses leaderboards in certain ways then I don't want to break the workings of it.

well this version of the Code doesn't even have the opening doors anymore, I don't think there's a way to put messages in the chat in two different worlds, maybe bukkit can do that... but I don't think so, I guess the easiest way is using skype and ask every now and then where the other player is.
When I played this map while streaming I was put into creative mode and was kicked 2 times for "Illegal Stance". I'm still streaming and I'll have to rewatch when I was put into creative. The first time I was kicked was when I was in
the dimming room infinitely looping before teleporting to the long dark room while having blindness
I had creative when in the
push the block room
I am using the smooth teleportation mod you linked in the post. I did not alter the savefile in any way before playing, I couldn't reproduce the bug on a fresh map. I will try to locate the source of the bug in the stream recording.
EDIT: Cannot view the stream cause I had save broadcasts disabled... DERP!
hmm.. I don't think that's a bug in the redstone but in the mod. I'll ask the creator of the mod.
What minecraft version did you use?
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

I found a bug at the end.
At the end with the gibberish text, for some reason instead of teleporting me to the beginning of the map, it teleported me back to the room with the anvil where you only see the doors to "Infinite" and "Gone". The door to the room with the gibberish wasn't even open, so I copied the code to open the door to the gibberish room, but then the text wouldn't appear.
This might of been a problem with Minecraft, though. I'm not sure.
EDIT: Oops, I forgot one.
In the room with the lamps on the floor that activate bridges to another platform, my mouse glitched out and I walked off the platform, but instead of teleporting back, I was stuck in that little room.

Again, might of just been Minecraft.
hmm, that shouldn't have happend. I've never heard any one else had these problems. I'll have a look into it.
A friend, my boyfriend & I played this map. I thought I'd post it here so you could see! As much as it was super glitchy at times, that's expected, with the state of my computer along with the version changes and such. Very challenging though! I can't wait to play the next one. :-) Here you go:
This map was so much fun! I liked it better than the first one, though it was a ton easier.
The only problems I found was the tp glitching which can't be helped, there was a few places where the lighting was different (walking and it suddenly get one light level darker after going around a corner), and there was quit a bit of backtracking (that could not be helped in some cases but it could in others).
found a flaw.. in the part where the room you're in is mysteriously destroy itself... where you have to die.. you can still see the previous stage if you jump and when you look up... sorry if i'm telling this late...
Thanks!
It's not very interesting though, I did not expect anyone to read it.
I did not test it in 1.7 but I do know you get a lot of lag in 1.7, so it's better if you play it in 1.6.4

If no one else has had those problems then it probably was just my computer, but you can look into it if you want.
Thanks for playing!

the rooms...which room are you stuck in?
Can I play it in 1.7.10? because I am too lazy to download that tp disguise modEDIT: forget this post, you answered my question on Twitter
It'd be nice if the download links actually worked, instead of sending me to ad-ridden virus cesspools
Sorry, fixed!
