The 4.1.0 is purely a compatibility+fix update, nothing (outside of player ghosts) gets added until 5.0.0, Speaking of which, it's going totake a long time for that to finish, as (as you know) the entire map needs to be remade.
Normal and Hidden:
*changed to be compatible with 1.11
*changed bogmire shadows, shivers, melody pianissima, slim bankshot and vincent van gore are now silent
!fixed duplicate chauncey spawns
!fixed missing data for crystal orb, causing it not to render properly in the fortune tellers room
!fixed some items can be given to the closest spectator
!fixed no lightning
!fixed UltimateGold84's spells are pretty broken
Arena:
*changed to be compatible with 1.11

Hello! I am trying to play the map in single player, but I cannot hit the ghosts and they cannot hit me. I can only hit them when I'm in Creative. My username is IlluminatiThug21.
I have an idea for your adventure map. Either in the 4.1.1, 4.2.0, or 5.0.0, you should change the format of the download file...
The idea is that all of the files necessary to play the adventure map (the map itself, normal and hidden, the resource pack, the skins that come with it, and the READ ME.txt that may or may not come with it) are in a single download, and with an easy-to-read directory
The download itself may take a bit longer, however, the sum of the all of the different download times would be greater than the download time of all of it at once (plus it would be less tedious for the player to keep track of all of the files). Also, it makes it less confusing to get the adventure map, because they don't have to download more than a single file.
Just a suggestion.
You can check out my adventure map download as an example.

Yeah, just do the resource pack as "resources.zip" in the world save.
I have even considered making them all in 1 world itself, as well as including the pack in the save; I'm still open for the first, but the pack, it has to be downloadable seperately regardless for multiplayer, so that'd result in the same file in 2 links.
Just something to look into, just click the download link at either my Minecraft Forum post or at the trailer for the map...
And then you can see how I formatted it, and perhaps you could do the same (because honestly, most adventure maps have quite a few different downloads/websites that I must go to before I even get to the adventure map itself [And I, and likely no one else likes that]).

P.S. I noticed that you never really said why the resource pack has to have a separate download, I'm not sure if it is a valid reason or not, can you share it please?
Every player is going to need the resource pack, and since the pack is quite big, it may be that sending the file to the others is not possible, yet they are going to need the pack as well.
Because of that, I made it a seperate link so people who play it on multiplayer only need to download the map once, and not once for every player, but only one getting used.
Well, I understand what you mean, but can't each player also download the world, and just have it for themselves, and then apply the resource pack that came out of the download?
They still get the resource pack, but for the sake of everyone else, they also get the world.
An idea that I just had, what about both? Have say 4 different downloads...
1. Luigi's normal Mansion (world)
2. Luigi's hidden Mansion (world)
3. Luigi's Mansion (resource pack)
4. All that someone needs including worlds, resource packs, skins, READ ME.txt, and anything else one might need.
And the fourth download would have the same file folder format that I mentioned earlier
EDIT: Having each of the individual downloads may make it more convenient for people who only need one piece, but generally, people who play adventure maps play in single player, and would like to have all of the files necessary, thus, have a specific download where all of the files necessary are present
I am seriously obsessed with the map since this is the best Luigi's Mansion in minecraft I can ever find. I can't wait for the 5.0.0. I got a problem that nowadays prevent me from playing the map:
The resource pack for some reason never loads and when I try to put the file into the reasourcepacks folder in .minecraft , 2 new files appear called pack.mcmeta and pack.png . Anything that can fix that?
Also, if you do need help with testing the map, maybe I can be a test-subject? (Just wondering)
Sorry, it's just that it's been a good day!
Can you tell me when it's released?
Hey FVbico
1.11 recently came out (but you know that)
Can't wait to see your updates to your map (and for the 5.0.0 of course)
Concerning my Luigi's Mansion map, I'm not going to update it to 1.11 (at least not right away)
It's about time I make a different map for a change, I've been planning out the Pooh's Grand Adventure Map reconstruction (the old one was bad)
Plus, I'm starting to get sick of Luigi's Mansion (or at least updating the same map again and again )
See ya

Look at what e. Gadd says during the training.
that they cannot hit you depends on the ghosts, if they have "dummy" in the name, thag's intended.

If not, I can just have a diagram of mine here...

Can I help you with the translate in french? I speak french and english.
Sure, but I'll still need to make the file properly (it's a mess right now )
ok! good luck

Do not unzip the resource pack, inconsistent with the map, I know, but that's normal.
Welp I fixed it by not extracting but copying and pasting the file. Thanks for the advice anyway!
I'm actually remaking the whole map for better room sizes, etc.
It's not going to die anytime soon.
