ok, so apparently my game is a troll and decided to glitch when I came back in. now it is working just fine. that map was fun! I like the helicopter please make another map like this. I know it is tricky to make a map like this, but please do it. maybe part 2...? when I get back to wherever I came from maybe? I hope you like my suggestions. if not, then tell me. it doesn't bother me. I don't want to control you or anything. that would be mean.... I am going to play your other maps too.
For your first post, I have never experienced or have seen anyone else experience lag. Some things you or others can try is to reduce graphics settings, and allocate more ram to your client / server.
Now to be honest, I thought I already had keepinventory as true, so thank you for telling me that it is not.
As for a part two, I don't know. I am making the survival map at the moment, so one map at a time.
ok thanks for the info. I am looking forward to playing the survival map. you have inspired me to make an adventure map now. not sure what it will be about, so any ideas that you have would help a lot. im gonna play your other maps for more ideas and whatnot.
(btw, you're welcome about the keepInventory command not on)
This map was awesome! I think the puzzles were very cool and tricky. I especially liked the "Redstone Circut" puzzle! Jungle Stream Map = AWESOME! (dis is a piggy)

Thanks for the response, and yes I guess that is a pig.
Hey, sorry to resurrect the thread, but I wanted to re-download the map and was utterly unsuccessful. The Download link leads to an endless redirect loop. If anyone has a copy of the map and is willing to share, I'd be very grateful.
You find yourself crash landed in a jungle, not knowing where you are or how to get out. As you look around, you see a light behind a waterfall. Is it hope that you found? You better go check it out.
On first glance, I really love the look and feel of this map. It really had a great vibe that puts you in the right mood.
On to the review.
--Atmosphere-- --> 10 Gold blocks
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this map. It gave the right overall feel. You can really feel the "Indiana Jones" role that you're in right from the start.
A little too much reliance on vines for my liking, but that's just my take. Many areas can be greatly improved with the use of alternate blocks (adding andesite to the stone for texture, mossy stone brick instead of mossy cobblestone) and the inclusion of some natural light (like the shroomlight). Just right on the edge of a better ranking, just needs some personal touches.
--Gameplay-- --> 3 Diamond blocks
Whether you're playing on peaceful or higher, this map is really well built. Carefully placed puzzles and parkour just enough to challenge the average player. No worries if you're bad at parkour! This map maker is far more forgiving than most, although that doesn't lower the difficulty rating of the challenges, it just means that you can get back without having to waste too much time.
Not only does this map play fluidly, it also has an emphasis on exploration. For those willing to look into every nook and crack, there's plenty of treasure and goodies to be found!
I especially love how the creator used ore blocks to indicate key areas along the map. That touch isn't something that's used often, so I'm giving extra credit to the score for that. If you're the explorer or the speed runner, the markers really do help either way.
I would suggest that you include some written books to add the the lore and feel of the map. they could be totally optional, but reward those who want to really get into the feel of the story (maybe include hints to chest locations?).
--Map Time-- 5 Diamond blocks
As mentioned before, if you love exploration, this map does really reward your efforts. If you're a speedrunner, this is a great map for you as the parkour is really enhanced by the map build. It's not always easy to make parkour an integral part of a map. Most creators have parkour that just stands out, but this creator really blends it into the build so that it adds to the map instead of detracting.
Overall score: 5 Diamond blocks
Don't think too hard, just get the map and play for yourself.
(BTW: my score was 33 gold ingots, 5 diamonds)
Map Destroyed!
If you have a map that you want to get rated/reviewed, DM me and I'll do it.
(rating scale is as follows:
1-10 iron blocks = early stage map with much improvements needed
1-10 gold blocks = mid-range quality map with good content quality that can be perfected
1-10 diamond blocks = quality made map; the REAL goods
1-10 emerald blocks = Highest quality map, in build, mechanics, and play.)
