Big thanks to everyone who has given me feedback or created one of the many videos I've seen so far. Given me great motivation to keep working on the new map, which will be much better than the first.
:biggrin.gif: This map. I wish I hadn't started it just yet as I've still got a few others to finish up. But man, this is filled with awesomeness. Triangles and diamonds to you, my friend. What's this - you have another map in progress which promises to be better than FEH01? <3 <3 <3

Thanks A LOT! I'm so glad you're enjoying it, and yes, FEH02 is taking quite a while to do the landscaping, etc, but yeah, I can promise it will be better than Olympus;D
Hello everyone! Thanks so much, we just hit 600 downloads.
However, I would just like to mention that I've just updated the map file to Build010.
Change log:
- Multiplied the amount of available music disks from 1 to 5
- Fixed SMP spawning.
- Added scattered signs
- Added a few chests
- Killed some snowmen
I've also moved over file hosting sites from Mediafire to 4shared, however my secondary link will remain under ge.tt Hope this doesn't post any inconvenience.
Still working hard on FEH02, and thanks for playing!
*head scratch* Trailer says collect 15 eggs - I'm assuming this is 14 mob eggs plus the dragon egg? I seem to find myself in a position with a cave spider egg, but no slot for a cave spider egg. I also seem to not have located the cow egg yet. Which brings up a side question:
In the garden of tranquility - chest in the fountain is empty? Aww...what's up with that . And the cow...have I overlooked it thus far? I'm past the jungle gym.

Warning spoiler to anyone other than padsanda
The cave spider egg is supposed to be part of a trap that only works after the pre-releases of 1.2 and past 1.2. Due to the updated mechanic of mobs coming out of the eggs when shot from a dispenser rather than the actual eggs themselves.
As far as cow egg goes,
You must not have been in much need for coal in M.t. anthracite.
Looks great man, just a quick question (don't get mad at me if repeated, I didn't read through 3 pages of repsonses :P). Is this map multi friendly, or do you need to make a multi verision. Since some maps need extra supplies to support extra players, and there are other problems, such as spawn location (though that you can handle).

The map is multi friendly. In build010 I updated the room to where smp spawning should be normal.
As for supplies, well.... as the map was built for one person, (the challenges, supplies in chests, etc.) When I think of multiplayer I see it balancing itself out when it comes to difficulty. For instance... say there's an area that you have conquered but the chest only has supplies that are meant for one person to use over a period of time, well since there are multiple people helping conquer the dungeon, it balances out the handicap of having to divide your supplies.

Do you see what I'm saying?
Yeah, btw is
Taking the TNT from underneath the traps OK?
Since I almost got blown up once then decided that I was going to obtain this resource and blow up mobs
I ended up decimating the tiny house near spawn before I realized it must have had a trap in it. (there were mobs running at me)

You may break, place, or craft any blocks to aid you in your adventure
Think I'm about as done as I'm going to be with this map (started/finished on build 009). Though not fully completed, it's a good enough stopping point for me as I finally need to update to MC 1.2.3. All 14 mob eggs accounted for (thanks for the tip, that place was pretty well hidden). Also 7 records accounted for (blocks, far, mall, 13, 11, mellohi, chirp). Unfortunately, the dragon egg is not attainable for me due to enormous lag in that final area. Tried several ways to minimize...even with using an ender pearl right to the entrance, FPS drops to 1. I get what you're going for, but with no way to remove any of those, performance won't improve .
That being said, I want to again thank you and say well done on this map. My favorite area had to be the suicide tower - I was not expecting to go through such a guantlet on multiple levels, only to experience a new type of challenge on the way out. Overall there is a nice variety and development of the areas, good rewards, and a lot to hold the player's interest to keep going. Keep up the good work - I look forward to your next installment.
PS - 'your curiosity is rewarded', 'what are you doing here anyway?' I heard a ghast and went to go check it out, thanks for the gift!

Awesome dude!
Well, even though you may have not completed The Final Chamber, I understand your circumstances, and for all your troubles I will consider you a fellow conqueror of Olympus.
The next map is actually having conversion problems with 1.2... I keep crashing out of the game ever since I converted it, haven't really gotten a chance to expand it the way I want. Anyways, I'll be sure to keep working on it though
I'm glad you had fun! Thanks for the compliments man!
