Ok first off I absolutely love the "pause screen" it is one of the coolest things ever.
second I love the story thus far it is really engaging and It feels new and nostalgic at the same time.
the place you get stuck is the door you enter into the shrine closes behind you but never reopens

Whaaaaat?? I thought I fixed that last night? I may have fixed it without mapedit on. It may be specific to what you did while playing though, since davidprime would have gotten stuck in the same place. I wonder how this happened. I'll look into it tonight.
I've just download it iand im think its AWESOME! But one bug its says that im running out of memory every 5th minute i have Win7-64Bit and 4 gb RAM and ive tried to change the RAM in the .BAT file but it doesnt work. Please help me i really wanna play
Cryect has been working on improving memory allocation in AC. In the meantime, it sounds like it is just Java not having enough memory to work with. Try updating AdventureCraft to r744 and see if that helps. If not, I know where to adjust the settings but not how. Changing the RAM in the .BAT file won't cut it, you'll need to either update OR you can change memory usage through Control Panel>Java>Settings... and then I don't know where to go from there.
Can you please press F3 (to bring up memory allocation) when this happens and take a screenshot?
Memory allocation seemed fine. I have no idea what is going on then. It may be your computer. That is really odd. Sorry, but I don't know what to tell you :/ If I find a fix I'll let you know. I'll be on the AC IRC channel later asking about this.
You know what. Try clearing your .minecraft folder and then redownload 1.6.6. Then download a new copy of AdventureCraft and install the mod via login. After that you can put the map in the maps folder and click "create new world" and start over. See if that works.
EDIT: Does AdventureCraft only crash when you try loading my map, or is it any map in general? Try downloading a different AC map and see if it crashes ever.
Haha dont laugh at me now i failed. I had Java 32bit installed.... *facepalm*
Oh well at least you found out what is was! That was just so odd. I didn't think to ask you which version you had. Try things out again and be sure to let me know what you liked about the map, what you didn't like, any bugs you ran into, etc.
Nothing yet. Only thing i dont like is that the text going very fast thats makes it hard to read
I had used timer blocks and message blocks which forced me to do them very quickly. You can only post so many words per message block, but with the effect block I can now have the dialog move at a much more natural pace.
I've updated my personal list with the desired fixes up to this point. I can have them ready by tomorrow.
Ok, nice. Is it possible for you to make a Minimap or "Radar" ingame ?
I would be awesome cuz i cant find a **** right now
I think so. This is a planned feature. I don't want to have to place camera blocks everywhere and have you skip to a cutscene every 30 steps you take. I think with the new UI features that this would be possible, but I'm not entirely sure yet.
Should this take development priority? Should I make this NOW and add it in ASAP? I think that as long as it is possible I could include this with the added features/bug fixes for v.01.2.
As I think about it though, I may just include a map (a modified terrain.png file) with the download until I can implement this.
Oh also I realized when you equip the fire tunic it actually equips a green one, this is because the green tunic texture is titled cloth when you actually want the red one textured cloth

Spotted and fixed. Thanks for the report!
EDIT: Wow... I have gotten so many downloads and views today. Thanks for the support guys! I'm for sure going to keep updating the game very quickly to keep you happy. Most of the bugs for v.01.1 are fixed btw, so be sure to check back here soon for v.01.2!
how do i get out of the place with the shrine keepers
Currently there is a bug that stops you from leaving. It doesn't happen to everyone, but you must be one of the lucky few with this glitch!
You can press F4 to enter "debug mode" and walk through the wall that blocks you in there. Either that, or you can wait until the next update (minor bug fixes/content additions).
Unless you didn't get the Ocarina, which is required to leave.
I have an idea, but I need to make sure that some people are interested before I will put some effort into this.
Who would like to add their own house to the map? I'm thinking that I will have some areas (plots of land/real estate) that people can build their own house or shop or building or library or whatever you would like!
I saw a thread for a server that uses a similar idea, but all user developed houses etc. will be included in the adventure and for the first people to sign up they will have a side quest dedicated to their building!
The areas that are available are:
Castle Town (20 plots available)
Brightwood Village (3 plots available)
Inglip Mountain Village (3 plots available, 1 must be a shop)
Ilios Lake (2 plots available, a shack and a boathouse)
Southern Shores (8 plots available, a boathouse, a lighthouse, a shop, and houses)
Cliffside Village (3 plots avaialable)
If you would like an area, please list your application on the thread.

If you add something, you will be credited and your name AND a personalized skin of your choice will be added, along with your own choice of dialog!
Also, for those of you who were wondering about the minimap, seagoingmanatee has been developing one (yay!). From what I have seen it looks good so far. You can see the early stages of his work on an advanced gui on his YouTube channel (user is seagoingmanatee).
Could I sign up for the Inglip Mountain Village? If possible, I'd like to be the shop keeper. :3

What will you do with the land: Just a simple, round wooden hut. A small, garden with bushes out the back.
Do you have Skype? Username is?: Sorry, don't have one.

Ah I see. That would be very helpful! Could you also report on length?
Could you take a screenshot? Also, what did you think of the new stuff?? Where exactly was it?
