Im just asking. Can you make a Pixelmon version of this map? It would be easier or maybe even better if you do. Im not begging but can you make like a separate map file for download. Such as the Pkmn Centers have PC's and Healing Tables, trading machines... etc.

It'd be cool and fun, but I can't keep a non-Pixelmon version and a Pixelmon version both updated at the same time. Once I get to a point where I'm happy calling it "done" (all interiors made, no missing routes, etc.) I'll probably do a one-time release of a Pixelmon version. But that'll probably be a few months from now.
Every single interior, cave, and location in Kanto is now complete. Rock Tunnel, Bill's House, Safari Zone, it's all there. The only buildings without interiors are the building between Routes 22 and 23 (the first E4 badge check), because of the Johto connection, the buildings at each end of the Cycling Road and outside Saffron City, because I feel they work better as outdoor buildings, and the Underground Path.
Added story-related Key Items to Kanto such as the Card Key, Lift Key, Silph Scope, etc.
Added various signs around Kanto telling you when you need said Key Items to progress
Added all Kanto HMs to their respective locations
Added Cut bushes to Kanto. They are cacti in flower pots, and 'require' you have the Cut HM to walk over them
For the most part, it should now be possible to play through Kanto as you would in the games, if you follow HM/Key Item rules.
Added a new book describing HMs and HM obstacles on Route 1
Added a lever to toggle monster spawning on/off on Route 1
Added lots of animals to Kanto and the Sevii Islands
Cleaned up Mt. Ember in the Sevii Islands a lot
Redesigned Kanto Route 23 (right before Victory Road)
Hey dude, do you think I could help you with the map? I've played Pokemon for years, and I'm very familiar with the map layouts. This map looks great, and I'd like to help.
I love you and everyone else who made this map. Seriously, you are a Demi-God dude. PS: Sephazon quite his Youtube Guide on this. PSS: Im new to the Fourms too. I give you this many Diamonds=
Johto has been fully updated, and every building and cave now has an interior. The only exception I can think of is Victory Road and Indigo Plateau as they appear in GSC, since it would overlap the Kanto version and I haven't figured out where to put it yet.
New features in Minecraft 1.5 have been incorporated into Kanto and Johto so far.
Implemented the scoreboard system in 1.5 to keep track of certain gym badges, HMs, and storyline progress the player has made. The badge objectives are used for success/failure messages along Route 23 in Kanto (you need all 8 badges to pass through). Flash is the only HM currently tracked by the scoreboard, to automatically apply nightvision when entering caves that require Flash to navigate, such as Rock Tunnel.
Water routes in Kanto and Johto now have stone wall barriers so you know where you can and cannot surf.
Whirlpools have been added in the form of signs placed in the water to create a hole of sorts. You need to have obtained Whirlpool before passing through them.
Added a small section that was missing from Johto Route 34 (south of Goldenrod)
Added properly full-sized versions of the National Park and the Ice Path (as well as every other cave and building in the region)
The Mahogany Rocket Hideout is now a bit more dangerous
Modified store prices and items (in the first Mart in each region)
You can now buy Moomoo Milk north of Olivine City, for a bit cheaper than standard potions
You now need to deliver Oak's Parcel and the Mystery Egg to Oak/Elm at the beginning of Kanto/Johto
Added a few more signs to Kanto and Johto where storyline progress has to be made to pass
All signs that require key items or events being completed to pass, as well as signs pointing out key items, now have blue text
Modified the Viridian Gym sliding puzzle so it looks visually similar to the sliding puzzle in the Celadon Hideout
Fixed the Humilau Gym starting out as solved...
As always, you can download the latest version of the map here, or from here if the previous link is unavailable.
Tony, can you tell me how you implemented the flash feature with the scoreboard?
First, I add the Flash objective to the scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives add kanto_flash dummy Kanto Flash Learned
Then, when someone receives the Flash HM, set their objective with a command block:
scoreboard players set @p kanto_flash 1
Then I add a pressure plate to the entrance of the cave which activates a command block to give them the nightvision effect (16) for one hour (3600):
effect @p[r=4,score_kanto_flash_min=1] 16 3600
Finally, another command block at the exit of the cave which removes the nightvision effect (by setting duration to 0):
effect @p[r=4,score_kanto_flash_min=1] 16 0
The r=4 is to limit the search range to 4 blocks, otherwise a mob could step on the pressure plate and apply nightvision to some random player hundreds of blocks away because he happened to be the closest. score_kanto_flash_min=1 limits the search to players that have a minimum kanto_flash score of 1. I've Noticed you made a small mistake:In Viridian City It says that you need to deliver Oak's parcel
but when you step on the pressure plates a guard says that i need the boulder badge
Sir, I would very much love to download the map but the file only has the region and data folders and the level.dat file; therefore, the map doesn't load in Minecraft, is there a possibility that you could fix the download so that future downloaders can download your beautiful map?

Of course! Assuming it's still grid-based, as it appears to be in the few gameplay clips we've seen.
This is a map. It doesn't require any texture packs to enjoy, but the one I use, and the one in all of the screenshots, is the Painterly Pack.
