Place the folder in the Minecraft saves folder. Then rename one of the other files in the spawn points folder to level.dat and replace the original.

We used c10t (http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1022&t=33803). Keep in mind it runs through the command line and took over an hour.
