Can you make the red wool paths made of lightstone? Its just because There have been so many times where Creepers spawned and blew up the tnt and I had to redownload the map. The map is perfect besides that. Thank You :smile.gif:
btw don't put the lightstone close to the ice and snow if you decide to do this, you end up flooding the place.
I've been working on the map and trying to fix a few of the problems, hopefully what I have now stops the spawns.
Just tryed out the Map, very cool; I can see how the issues with TNT + Creepers and other Mobs can happen; YOU FORGOT DOORS! come on really, well I hope your sorting it out.
The difference of my map is all the blocks are set out like the Terrain.png File as well as the art of the kz.png; but I like how yours are in Cubes thats quite nice, like the gravel good idea.
This is just the second version of the map. Right now I'm working on completely overhauling it to make it much better.
Anyway, send me a link to yours. I may use some of your idea's(And give you credit, of course)

the only problems I have are creepers spawning at night, single player commands fixed that! XD
and when i take revenge on the they start spawning outside the cell.

I like your texture map (and the test one too) and here's a few ideas:
1. Make the floor of the monster area out of glass or single slab. This will prevent any monsters from spawning outside and attack the player.
2. Sapling + bonemeal = tree. I know you made the trees before the saplings came out and we can see that they all have the same leaves color, using saplings should fix this.
3. Remove all the grass that isn't fenced. The wheat was destroyed by neutral mobs spawning everywhere. Saplings and flowers only require dirt, the grass is purely for decoration and is more annoying than useful. I suggest you place fences or glass over the grass display too (unless you removed it for the biome grass, idk about your plans on that, but you should block spawning on those anyway, fences or glass over grass works nicely).
4. Add the missing 2 textures if you can, bottom TNT and bottom cactus. Glass covered TNT in mid-air should do it, but i'm not sure how you could show the bottom cactus to be honest...
I hope these suggestions will help you make this cool texture map even cooler.

in the updated version, could you please move the ghast spawner area to the nether? it could be in some kind of obsidian hut, so that it would be safe from wild ghasts. I'm asking this because the ghasts make the most ANNOYING sounds and I can hear them even if I'm really far away. please take my request into consideration :smile.gif:

Its honestly easier to just put all of the monsters together, that way you can see them all together.
How ever, you do have a good point, which is why I play without sound.
is this map in a tundra biome? because instead of raining it snows! :ohmy.gif: this is an issue because I like to build cool structures and castles on the flat terrain, but the snow leaves snow patches everywhere! if it's not too much of a hassle, could it be changed so that it rains instead?

I completely rebuilt the entire world from the ground up, using a few concepts I had from the previous one. Added a much new and improved "Zoo" for the animals. Redid the flow and layout of the show room, fixed monsters and animals spawning in the show room, fixed monsters spawning outside the cages after hitting the "Revenge" button. Fixed Crashing on death. Added doors so nothing on the outside can wander in at night. Added items for 1.6.6.
nice update!! I like the glass sky, it gives a more "biosphere" feel to the map. the zoo is awesome, and the wool rainbow is GNARLY!!!! ... sorry, I had to say it

The glass sky is to prevent weather from mucking things up, the zoo took many hours to make perfect and required alot of input from my friends. The rainbow wall was suggested by a few people. Anyway, glad you like it, took alot of time and effort.

Same for the furniture, its hard finding tons of different designs, as well as one that look good both in and out of context. Either way, both will take alot more time and effort, so I decided to release them in a later version and give out the current version now, since its already been so long.
I think it's very nice, although nothing spawns in the herobrine pen because notch recently completely removed humans from the game. Ofcourse though you don't have to remove it as I think a new mob is coming in the next update.
