Updated 3/1/11 to Version 0.2! I redid all the buildings, making them 10x sexier. I also added some Easter Eggs. More towns and goodies to be added in v0.3! Also, yes I know chests aren't filled yet. I will be filling them in a future update.

- You should NEVER add golden apples, NEVER.
- Iron armor is abit to much, and that is a large amount of bread.
- Is the hut or the citadel made yet? i could not find either.
- What exactly is the point of this, i fail to see it so far...
- What is the bucket for?
- House of Hagar has nothing to loot.
Ok here are my suggestions to improve it.
- At the start, stone only, instead of the golden apples, maybe 3 or 4 Bread/pork.
- Instead of finding iron armor, maybe a stone sword instead.
- If somethings not built yet, make a sign saying so

Ok now i am going to try villain, just did hero.
Alright, I'm new to this kind of thing, so bear with me. So I'll remove the golden apples, add leather armor, remove the buckets, only keep stone, change the apples to bread or pork, add signs, and change the armor around. And the point will be to come to a final epic battle at the end, but I haven't got the plot worked out yet. Thanks for the (very helpful) feedback!
Rename the folder "EldenCraft v0.1.1" to World[#] (that number being an open world you have) and place it in ~/Library/Application Suport/Minecraft/saves for Mac and (I think?) %appdata\Minecraft\saves on Windows.
Ok so i tested it again, the item giving is an improvement, but i noticed when you fall down that area after the maze you lose a hear, maybe dig a block down and add a 1x1x1 body of water to cushion the fall?

Ahhh yes. That'll get fixed in the morning, thanks.
So far, it's really linear and the buildings are a minor eyesore to look at. Get some good builders
styx city in my sig
and make a temple or a castle of some sort.
I would like it if it's a really non-linear world, with about 4 paths leading to different directions, like a real world. The directions would just be suggestions.
You should incorporate the cavern under the city (I found it by TNTing the town :3), the floating island, and other stuff.
Another thing - Heroes and Villians should have different goals, maps and storylines.
Villians might have a segment where they have to escape prison avoiding Zombie Guards and a forest fire, if they enter the "Thief Forest", enter the maze, and fall into a jail cell as a "transition", explaining a hero was waiting at the end of the maze and arrested you.
Heroes might have to recover 10 pressure pads in an easter egg hunt to restore the path to the trains, where they must ride along a railway with skeletons in carts pursing them.
This looks pretty good, I will download it in a few days when my internet speeds up again. Also, as a fix for that looting both chest problem, can't you make the starting room have two doors leading to two different rooms. One is the villain door, which is shown by a sign saying villain above it, and one is the hero door. If you go into one of the doors, you can't go backwards back out making looting both chests impossible. You could even make both rooms lead to the same room at the end out of the door.

Yeah I made some of the buildings in a rush, that'll get fixed. And I do have a whole non-linear plot set out, it just hasn't been made yet. I'll also try and get different things for the heroes and villains, there doesn't seem to be much yet. And those are some really nice ideas about what villains do, and what heroes do. Thanks man. :biggrin.gif:

D'oh, loophole. :tongue.gif: I guess you could, but it kind of ruins some of the "fun" in my opinion.
Maybe just add a sign saying "As a villain, you cannot loot from the hero chest."
Herobrine warned you! :tongue.gif:
Ok gonna give this another go, btw maybe less tnt so instead of being like
Side view:
Maybe something like
Side view:
Still do alot of damage, would decrease the lag from the explosions.
Alright good idea, was thinking that earlier. Thanks again man.
