day 7 , i think im now screwed, i fell into a trap and did not die, so i cant respawn to try again, there was a diamond block and i thought it was some trap so i went to see what was under it, turns out that diamond block was floating, and nocked the sand down and i fell with, so now i have almost no hope of finding the tomb,
Take some sand that fell with you and pile it up. Next time, try not to get too greedy, if something is too good to be true, it probably is!

Hey look buddy, I'm a builder. That means I build custom maps. Not maps like "Escapecraft 3", because that would fall within the purview of your idea of most puzzle maps. I build adventure maps. For instance, how am I going to allow some big old forum user to enjoy adventure to the fullest? The answer? Use a pyramid. And if that don't work, use more pyramid. Like this big, old, dusty pyramid designed by me. Built by me. And you'd best hope... being played by you.
Well I havent dled it yet, but whats to stop you from climbing to the top and just digging in?
I completed it, and can say that you will NEVER find what your looking for by randomly digging sand.

There's only one way to find out. We must tie him up and throw him in the lake. If he lives, he is a whitch. If he dies, he is human. MY LOGIC BEATS YOURS.
BIG problem... I have done everything asked of me to get this thing to work... for some reason, when I load the world, I spawn in some random ass grassy map. There is NO pyramid. the file is just over 18mb. I put the "put this in saves folder" in the saves, loaded it up, and have gotten the same grassy map each time. (I tried worlds 3 and 4) I spawn high enough above the ground to knock me down to 1 heart of health every time I spawn (I tried dying to see If it fixed it). Has this happened to anyone else, and how do I fix it? (I want to play the pyramid map)

After 10:30 PST, my IQ drops to around that of a shovel, please disregard anything I say after aforementioned time, it will likely not make any sense, and is best ignored.

Just finished this and I thought it was pretty damn good. Several of the traps got me, the ceiling fall was quite a surprise. But the thing is NOTHING killed me. I fell into 4-5 pits and survived each fall...once with only 1/2 a heart. There was just so much food and armor scattered around that I was always full health. Also I'd suggest putting lava in the pits to ensure demise.
I found that once you go down the first set of stairs the whole thing REALLY slowed down; long long hallways, no change in scenery, and with too few torches I had to do significant backtracking. I ended up running the last 25% of it blind because I couldn't be bothered anymore (Possibly start the player off with lots of torches but no wood or saplings). This isn't to say that section was bad just not as interesting.
Ultimately my biggest quibble is that the inventory makes the player nearly invincible and I wanted more of a challenge, but I can tell that you put a LOT of time into this and I thoroughly enjoyed the 90~min it took to complete anyway. Good job, have a :Diamond:!

Hahahahha I see you met my maze. Yea you have to focus alot there, for people who didn't do it yet, for a torch between a 2 way part, where you have 2 choices. Take one and if it leads you nowhere, find your torch you left and take the other path. Also, for places you went before, dig a block of the floor out every few blocks! Helps a lot.
I will be lowering the food and armor availability, and will add more evil traps on the difficult version of it. Yes you heard me right. I will add a update the link soon with the same map, except very difficult, with less supplies and harder traps mwhhahahahhahah! Arrow Dispensers anybody?

Important!
I have updated the pyramid, and removed the second floor maze, and replaced it with trapped rooms like floor 1, except much, much more advanced and fun. Also, traps on floor 1 have been updated slightly to have more of a lethal kick to them. And chests seem to have been downgraded, and don't have such overpowered stuff in them anymore, so maybe food and armor and tools will actually become an issue to find (or make!). So for everybody who has already downloaded it, download again and check out floor 2! Its not the maze everybody hated so much, so have fun, and good luck! For all who never did it before, enjoy! Watch for traps. The rooms are a lie.

2.1 is out! Minor bug fixes and room fixes. Best version so far. If anybody has any ideas for traps let me know.

Still on the first floor. All these sounds are scaring the **** out of me.
Also, not enough torches D:
Make charcoal! Use the dirt at the spawn, and the sapling given to you to grow trees. Burn wood in a furnace to get charcoal, same use as coal. Make torches. If you use wood as a fuel, 1 log = 2 charcoal = 8 torches! Use the cobblestone given in the beginning to make a furnace. Yea the sounds can get very, very scary sometimes.

Umm, yea, there is a large staircase going down to the second floor. You can find the staircase in a large room, with a couple of chests in them, and usually mobs becuase there is a (hidden, you wont find it) spawner. That is all I can give to you!
