I never liked the Zelda games much, yet I still want to download this :biggrin.gif:
Since you're saying this, I'll presume you're young and have never played the original Legend of Zelda for NES. The one and only true Zelda. Bit for bit the most fun game IMHO.

I actually started on the dungeons after you posted it. I'm almost done, just gotta figure out how to do the Skull Dungeon, and then go back and fill up the rooms, and then bam.
Great work on this, I know several people have attempted it but your screenshot looks fantastic. One request, could you provide an alternate dl link, maybe on MegaUpload? That 4shared site sets off all kinds of red flags for me.

Cool, be sure to post some pics here when it's done :-)
If you look at the very, very, very bottom of that map, you'll see this:
Is it possible to do that? I know it wouldn't look absolutely amazing because of the scaling you'd have to do, but you'd have something roughly right... right?
@Reflectionist: I don't have time to continue working on this :s, but it would certainly be possible for someone to do this. A simple conversion would look very artificial though, because one zelda tile would translate into a lot of minecraft tiles. However, add some noise (e.g. perlin) and it shouldn't look too bad.
Question: What exactly are rubies in minecraft? Are they redstone or diamond or what? I would appreciate the help a lot. Thank you to whoever can help me.
Forgot I had mo'creatures installed when I went sight seeing, only to find some wraiths flying around the graveyard at night, too perfect.

P.S. Minecraft comes in 2nd
That's how I had it at first, but it's not that useful -- since most trees are connected, you'll most likely burn the whole map down :-)
Other than through emulators, nope D:
Still downloading the map. :tongue.gif:

Here's an image of the Zelda 2 Map... here.
