So, how about that desert map? It would give me a really good reason to use Sandstone.
I on this idea. A good thing for people that are too lazy to use MCedit or that don't understand MCedit (or similair programs)
I plan on making a water, grass, and sand one. I'm not sure about lightstone because nbt doesn't have it and I'm still kinda newbish with mcedit. Hopefully you'll see an update this weekend, though.
Oh and btw, how about a picture? Yea I know, everyone knows what to expect, a giant flat area of one sort of block, but people always say "pics or it didn't happen", so yea, they want 'proof' -_-'

Oh, I posted a video of it. Though I do need an update. I'll post some pictures shortly.
I had problems with large pink moles that kept breaking through the walls and messing up the place so I put up the one block I knew they couldn't stand the smell of! obsidian!

And thus the pink moles united with the purple moles, did stuff, and created the red moles, which took a dimensional portal to Pink Unicorn Universe, where they danced all night till their heads exploded. Indeed.
Now what was the real reason?

I'm pretty sure its bedrock, not obsidian. Unless I got my blocks confused. Anyway. If you venture too far the game will just start generating new chunks anyway. IE non-flat land, horrible for building. I can remove the walls, or atleast put "doors" or even turn it into obsidian, so you can break through. but there's really no point.

I think you should remove the walls. If someone needs the extra space, however unlikely, they won't be happy about the walls. There's nothing wrong with having the world generate some more. And I suggest you put up a stone floor 1 block wide around so the grass doesn't grow into the center.
Also, the entire floor should be covered in glowstone, including the hallway. And your ammo room doesn't have obsidian underneath the lightstone floor.
This is great! But I think you should make several worlds, each with different floors.
I really want a flat sand world, and flat rock is cool too. And flat grass. And flat lava.
Lol yeah this is just to great to only have flat dirt.
Love the test world, but I think it needs more types.

Hmm you're insight to all of my mistakes is amazing and frustating at the same time. I love how helpful you are though.
Hmm I guess i'll get rid of the walls. I -think- grass can jump a few squares though. I'm not 100% sure but I know it can jump up vertically between spaces.
Also thanks for the tip for the ammo room, I must of missed it.
Lastly, I can't add light stone because NBT doesn't have it. BUT if you can tell me how to replace -just- the top layer with glowstone I can do that.

I meant replace the floor inside the base with glowstone because there's a section that uses obsidian floor. Leave the dirt outside. And a 1x1 ring of stone should be sufficient to keep the grass out.
I wish I thought of this project before you did lol.

Ooooh, well I didn't really feel like the -entire- floor had to be glowstone. Besides I wanted to break things up a bit so it wasn't all the same color.
Also you probably would of done a better job to be honest. I just did this in my spare time and to be honest my editing skills aren't that great.(I haven't even touched MC edit much before this)

Also are there anymore changes or updates that anyone wants to see -before- I do duplicate worlds with sand, water, and grass?
Lastly, and most importantly. Anyone else having problems installing the world?
