[1.8/1.7.X] How to start creating your mod so you can make your own Mod!

First you want to download the src of the version at

http://files.minecraftforge.net/

Then extract it into your mod folder

make a new Text document

type in that new text document

gradlew setupDecompWorkspace

Goto file save as name it setupworkspace.bat and set it to all files

Go into that new text document that might still be there

And put this code

gradlew eclipse

if using Idea

gradlew idea

name it your thing either setupeclipse.bat or setupidea.bat

Save it as all files

go into it again and this code

gradlew build

That will make a automatic build file you need to make the file save as all files and name it build.bat

Then run the setupworkspace wait for it to finish then run setup eclipse to setupworkspace first or it wont work
