If you use the regular Forge Minecraft stuff and get the scala problem:
Depending on your Minecraft version, download the corresponding file from here: https://bitbucket.org/luacs1998/forgelibrarydownloads/downloads/ Ex. If you use 1.6.x, download fmllibs16.zip. If you use 1.7.x, download caudronlibs7.zip. Next, take the files in that zip file and put them in your .minecraft/libraries. This should solve the problem.
If you use Technic and get this problem:
Depending on your Minecraft version, download the corresponding file from here: https://bitbucket.org/luacs1998/forgelibrarydownloads/downloads/ Ex. If you use 1.6.x, download fmllibs16.zip. If you use 1.7.x, download caudronlibs7.zip. Next, take the files in that zip file and put them in your .technic/cache. This should solve the problem.
DON'T SEND ME YOUR LOGS OR OTHER PROBLEMS, M'KAY? I just found a fix and wanted to share it.
