Hey guys! I'm making a mod and it's coming along good, but now I need to basically create my own slime and I need it to generate in the surface. In my Entity****Slime I copied the code from EntitySlime and it seems to work, but in my mod_********* class I get an error on this:
var1.put(EntityBlueSlime.class, new RenderSlime(new ModelSlime(),.5f));
It says: The constructor ModelSlime() is undefined
could someone be kind enough to help me, and hopefully this does not edit base class files :/

Is there any way to track how many people you have killed and how many times you have died on an SMP server? Not a SMP mod, a client mod that tracks those things. I've checked the stats and there is a player kills and deaths stats but they don't appear to work. Any help would be appreciated. Anyway, great tutorials!

uhhhhh, okay hi again.. I took off the ".", but it still didn't work so i looked into the code for a bit.... i changed:
var1.put(EntityBlueSlime.class, new RenderSlime(new ModelBlueSlime(),5f));
to:
var1.put(EntityBlueSlime.class, new RenderSlime(new ModelBlueSlime(0),null, 5f)); and it came up fine with no errors so i loaded the game and got my egg spawners for it and I used it. It seems that it spawns invisible but when i attack it and the little slimes pop up they have textures and i'm pretty sure they also attacked me... I put the texture in the right area and i think now its something to do with the Entity class because i copied it from EntitySlime and there are some things in there that are probably making it go invisble because of the whole random slime size, chunk generation and other stuff thats messing with it.
If you could help me or atleast take a look into it, I will greatly appreciate because my whole mod is geared towards slimes... so yeah i kinda need the slime part to work first

Well for my mod, I need a custom projectile (For some reason cutting up the arrow render and entity files won't work), and a new dimension. But I don't know what anyone else wants
Oh, and I also need some way of replacing sprint (double tap w) with teleporting 10 blocks ahead....
these are just some random things I need.

Well it shows up, but it ruins the physics. Most of the time it shoots backwards, and it never goes where it should. And it doesn't use my custom texture :/

Well, it's a new type of arrow. I copied the arrow files, and the arrow does exist. It fires from the bow and kills things, but it just won't show up.
