I've been playing Minecraft on my desktop, and now I'm trying to run it on my old Dell Inspiron 2200 (Windows XP). However, I'm getting a Bad video driver error. I've updated my drivers and restarted, but I'm still getting this message. DX Diag says I'm using an Intel 915GM/GMS, 910 GML chipset. It says main driver is ialmrnt5.dll, version 6.14.0010.4609, dated 6/6/06. Are there third party drivers or something else I could try? I'd love to get minecraft on my laptop.
Thanks.
Here's what Minecraft spits out:
Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------
Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.
