hey, i need serious help!! about 3 week ago i couldn't play minecraft any more because for some reason i need to buy it, even though i did 9 months ago and actively played. i checked in the website and it's the same, i don't have my player name any more (gil4play), it's now just player. i did contact service support but i can't get in touch with them since i "dont have a minecraft game", i do have the receipt of the perches. i don't know if it has anything to do with but it happened after i bought minecraft dungeons but with a Microsoft account and loged in with the the Microsoft account in to the launcher. thanks in advance to all the helpers.
i wish that would have worked. i send them emails but everytime i receive an auto mail says that it seems that you don't have a minecraft game.... if you are sure that you used the right account send us you transaction ID. i did it multiple times and didn't received an answer. whats more weird that to send an email to customer support you need to use the transaction ID. how i using my transaction ID does not prove them that i have a minecraft game. and it's not cheeked by email but by the transaction ID, so it can't be that they see through my email that i don't have minecraft game

tried everything in there, nothing worked.

You need to explain your issue to Mojang and follow their instructions. Nothing anyone else can do to help you.
