Until you post the mod list, I suggest you match you forge [forge-33.0.61] and optifine version, as the max version for your optifine is
- compatible with Forge 33.0.20
The quickest path to test if it's a optifine/forge compatibility issue is to remove optifine and see if the problem goes away. If not, try to fix stuff until it's ok and only when it works, add optfine back.

There're a lot of users in this forum that don't believe a optifine/forge mismatch can lead to problems, but in my experience - expecially when modpacks are involved, which means are tested before release - it's usually the culprit since optfine is not redistributable along with the pack itself.
