Hello, I've got an old legacy account. At the moment, I cannot sign in. It tells me that the username or password is invalid, but when I reset the password, I still get the same error. This issue has been going on for at least 4 months now, and it has not been possible for me to get any support.
I tried calling Microsoft, but I kept getting redirected. Each person I talked to was supposed to be able to look into it, but kept redirecting me somewhere else. Eventually, I was redirected to the "help.minecraft.net" website. I had already tried sending an email months ago, using the official form that is provided, but I was never given a response. I tried again today, but the form would not load properly (no matter which browser I used). After I selected the category for my question, it was not possible for me to proceed (no matter which category I selected). I was advised to come here if all else failed.
What do I need to do to be able to play the game again?
I didn't have any luck signing in on the website through my phone.
I tried downloading the game on my computer just now. I was able to reset the password to my Microsoft account and sign in, but I have not had any success doing the same w my Mojang account.
After looking around a bit more, it looks like you have to migrate your Mojang account to a Microsoft account before you can reset the password. But you cannot migrate your account, because they are not allowing you to do this yet (they said this would begin in early 2021, but it does not appear to have done so).
Is there any way you can think of to get around this, or is the only solution just to wait until the accounts are migrated?

Alright, I was able to fill out the contact form on the Minecraft website by going through my phone.
Hopefully, one of their staff will help me with this issue.
