So, had an older server that wanted to get back up and running for my daughters and niece. Figured I could just run the server.jar on my new box, however, it crashes right as it loads.
This box should just be vanilla, I don't remember doing anything special with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I believe I solved the issue.
Went into my minecraft\world directory and located a session.lock file. I renamed it to OLD_session.lock_OLD and it looks like everything is loading up.
Hopefully this information will help someone else.

One of the json files is corrupt, delete any json files and let them be recreated on the next launch.
