Around a month ago, someone got into my Minecraft account and changed my display name and skin, which was weird. Now, I can change it again but when I try the screen freezes up and fails to load, EVERYTIME. I even tried it on my phone and it did the same thing, Has anyone else encountered this problem or know what to do?

On the website, it says it could take a while for them to respond, so I was just checking to see if anyone else was experiencing this issue.
