A few days ago I purchased a realm but then soon after that I tried to log in however it said invalid email or password. I tried to reset the password but no email came in my inbox. I also can only find email from when I first bought my account in 2013. So I cannot get any receipts nor can I cancel my realm. I have tried to contact customer support but the wait time is 2 months meaning my realm will be charged 2 more times before I can do anything. What can I do?
