About a week or so ago, my father switched us to U-Verse after being told we could get a faster internet service. Since the switch I have not been able to access Minecraft multiplayer at all and both my accounts are paid for.
I've tried to following to repair this problem:
• changed my password
• I deleted and redownloaded Minecraft
• I've made sure I was spelling the hostname correct
• I've wiped my hard drive and reset my entire computer
• I've manually added Minecraft to the white list on my computer and router firewall
None of these solutions have worked, what do I do now?

... why did you do all those things when you know in your bones the problem is related to having switched internet providers?
In any case, launcher and game logs collected while attempting to use multiplayer would help.
(I assume you are trying to connect to servers on the Internet?)
