Vanilla Minecraft:
My video drivers keeps crashing after a short endurance of playing Minecraft. I open minecraft with 10gigs of memory with a batch file, I can connect to a server or play in single mode, and then it crashes. Either it is 30 seconds or 10 minutes into game play, usually it does not last any longer. I then have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the desktop to reappear, It seems like I am waiting for my video drivers to reload, but I can't say for sure. I am unable to open task manager, close down any applications, and/or click on anything. Sometimes I am unable to do anything. After 10 minutes or so, I usually shutdown my computer.
Minecraft with Mods:
Next, I tried Magic Launcher with and without Optifine. I can once again open Minecraft, get into a server or single player, but this time the game crashes without the black screen. An error message about java pops up and I am able to close it, and the game completely shutdowns without any issues. The error message is "Java™ Platform SE Binary" "Java™ Platform SE binary has stopped working."

I have already stressed my CPU for the overclock. I’ll try the memtest86 and the GPU stress test later on. I am currently using Defender, Windows 8 version of MSE. Scan returned nothing. No other process was acting odd when running Minecraft. I have also tried running Minecraft after a reboot without any other programs except for Logitech Gaming Software, but no go on that method.
Regarding Memory usage, I have tried giving Minecraft 1gb, 2gb, 3gb, and more. I couldn’t find any good resources on the allowed memory for surround vision / 5670x1080 resolution. Do you know? Also, the batch script gives Minecraft 10gbs, but when running MagicLaugher with Minecraft, I only use MagicLaugher and it allows 6gb. Thus I do not run the batch file and MagicLaugher at the same time, meaning I do not use 10gbs plus 6gbs.
Currently, I am using no other mods except for MagicLaugher. I would like to try mods some day, but I can’t get my system stable yet.
Most of those suggestions from the website have already been tested. However, I’ll report back with my findings shortly.
