Hello. I have successfully started a survival server that my friend can connect to, and it was working fine...for about 15 minutes. now, whenever I start the server, it stays open for a few minutes then closes automatically. It is very frustrating, and I knew something would go wrong since setting up and running the server was too easy. I have no idea what is causing this, but it makes a crash report, which I will show at the end of this post.
The specs of the system I am trying to use for the server are:
HP Compaq dc7700p full tower
Intel core 2 duo 6300 1.86 Ghz (x64 based)
Windows 10 32 bit
160GB hard drive
2GB ram
PNY GeForce GT 610
I have never had issues with this PC, and it runs minecraft single player and connects to servers without issues.
here is the crash report I keep getting (I don't speak modder, can someone translate?)

Spend the 3$ a month and get a basic server from just about anywhere from minecraftforums. Nothing expensive if it's just a survival server + most of the time the server will be running 24/7

I know that is always an option, but I don't like the idea of not running the server from home. Plus, I was hoping to run the server entirely from scratch, and it was working until this happened.
The server is crashing because of a "helpful" feature Mojang added in 1.8 - the server watchdog, which will kill the server if it lags too much (luckily not in singleplayer). Fortunately, you can disable it by setting max-tick-time in server.properties to -1. It also helps to reduce the view distance (half the view distance means only 1/4 as many chunks loaded) but reducing it to less than 10 causes issues with mob spawning; other than that, pre-generating a world helps a lot with world generation lag, which is probably the biggest source of lag (you can use a utility like Minecraft Land Generator for this).

That makes sense. I opped my friend and let him mess with commands, and in the process spawned at least 100 ender dragons. it was fun, but that must be what is causing it.

You can get rid of the dragons by using the following command:
/kill @e[type=EnderDragon]
This will only kill Ender dragons; you may have to do this several times to kill all of them since it only works if the chunks they are in are loaded.

I'm no good with this sort of stuff but are you using your computer or a host?
I am using my own desktop pc, and it is for a minecraft server and nothing else. Do I need more RAM?

Spend the 3$ a month and get a basic server from just about anywhere from minecraftforums. Nothing expensive if it's just a survival server + most of the time the server will be running 24/7
I know that is always an option, but I don't like the idea of not running the server from home. Plus, I was hoping to run the server entirely from scratch, and it was working until this happened.
Your computer is not even close to have a lag-free server, but if you insist.
NumeroUno made a video showing the easiest way to make a server:
TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.

Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
That makes sense. I opped my friend and let him mess with commands, and in the process spawned at least 100 ender dragons. it was fun, but that must be what is causing it.
You can get rid of the dragons by using the following command:
/kill @e[type=EnderDragon]
This will only kill Ender dragons; you may have to do this several times to kill all of them since it only works if the chunks they are in are loaded.
