So it's been forever since ive been on here, and I'm really not up to date on any of the new amd cards or anything so I thought I'd let you guys give it a shot. 485 USD is the budget. No monitor ,keyboard, mouse, Windows, or odd needed. I will use it for dayz, Photoshop, Sony Vegas, and web surfing. Basic gaming, nothing intensive. Also I'm not asking for a super powerful pc for Photoshop and Vegas, I just use them from time to time and I know $485 won't get me a beefy editing rig. Anyways I'm buying asap, and the total needs to be $485 before rebates. Thanks.
If you have a discrete GPU, wouldn't it be pointless to have 1866 ram? I'd honestly just go for an 8 gig kit but other than that the build looks solid.
Honestly I would rather go with the Source 210 over a FD Core 1000. It has better cable management options (the Core 1000 has pretty much zero routing options meaning forced cable spaghetti) and is also a Mid case, meaning you can fit an ATX motherboard in there should you want to upgrade at a later date + there's a fair deal more room to build in which is always nice. There's a few more 3.5" HDD bays too, but that won't affect most people as they only really use 1-2x HDD and 1x SSD at the most.
I do like the aesthetics of the Core 1000 more though.
Would replace that FM2 motherboard with a FM2+ board for a much better upgrade path, could probably drop the PSU down to a 430 too, the 7850 and 750K don't use all that much power.
