These are the components of a custom built computer and I want to know if they are going to play Minecraft at 150 fps

150fps? Where do you get a idea like that? I would say 40-80fps, as minecraft fps can be very unpredictable.
My gaming PC is much more powerful then the described PC and i only get about 250-300fps.
If you are considering buying a computer like that, i would not pay more then 350 or 400$ on it.
And if it is labeled as a "Gaming PC" do not bother. that is false advertising, a dedicated GPU does not make for a gaming pc.
