Are you actually going to build or do you want a prebuilt?
Do you need an OS?
Do you need peripherals?
Do you need a monitor?
Any salvageable components?
Location?
Uses other than minecraft?
Do you need CUDA?
I am going to build.

Again same deal here.
If you know what you are doing (using Lagarith Lossless Codec to record) you do not need 2 hard drives.

Go with his just drop one of the hard drives, it's unnecessary, get yourself a nice keyboard or something for the money
Sim City 5 is terrible.
