I did the link, so whats the secret? Every time I try to upload it is just makes this stupid red rectangle, or it doesn't move at all.

Try downloading the gif then uploading it as a file from your computer. See if that works.

In order for the pic to "move" you need to make sure:
1) It is a .gif file
2) It meets the requirements (less than 500kb)

Steps to put an animated gif as your avatar:
1) Get the .gif image off somewhere (Internet). Make sure click on the full link and to save it.
2) Resize it if needed. Website I use:

3) Upload it. Et voilà.

The maximum size is 500kb, and I doubt anyone would have a gif bigger that that, cause its not that common.

I have uploaded it, how long until it will be able to work? It's file size is 68.3 KB

The gif I am waiting for is my avatar right now, and the dimensions are 160 x 90 pixels. The bit depth is 8.

It was 16 kb and 150x150 pixels. Whatevs, I started using a non-gif avatar since it wasn't working. :U

Please try using an image that is 100 x 100 pixels maximum and see if that helps.
