Actually, this is a tutorial on how to post images uploaded to other image-hosting sites. As far as I know, the only place you can upload images to MinecraftForum is the user avatar section.
Or go to .minecraft on your computer and there will be another folder called Screenshots, which you can take in MC by pressing the button F2. Then copy the picture in the screenshot folder you want and then upload it to Imgur.
