I can attempt to write another, shorter post, but it may take some time to condense what I said.
Might I suggest that you attempt to read what I said again?
Do you actually want to read what I have to say if you're merely, casually skimming through posts anyway?
I somewhat think not.
In order to respond to the things that I bring up in my post the reader would need to understand what I am saying.
It is the TLDR and the condensing of subject material that leads to so many of the misunderstandings on these forums.
We attempt to understand each other, but can't really be bothered to truly understand.
Nevertheless, I will attempt to make another post, but shorter, and more concise.
A post about half the size of yours would have been considered TL;DR in most standards, I honestly don't know how you did that. (although i would read it)
Honestly, you are right, the whole TL;DR and compacting of replies do create miscommunication, but with that in mind, it is still quite easy to portray your idea without overflowing everyone's minds, and there is a point where things just get too long.
What makes it more complicated is that you seem to have quite a fractured typing style, jumping from paragraphs many lines long, then into short quick comments, and it is quite off-putting.

I will admit that I could have proofread and edited my post much more than I did before posting.
Having already spent an hour or more working on it and as it is now reaching quite a late hour the thought of editing such a large post seemed daunting and I was hoping it could be avoided.
I'll edit it or post another more concise post as soon as possible, but for now, I hope you and other readers can be content with what I have already written.
EDIT: Honestly, the way I wrote that post reflects the way my mind works. It's quite a hubbub in here and it's nice to know other people are listening or willing to listen once in a while.
Oh, and I really didn't edit the post much at all except to make sure it all made sense... I apologize and as I mentioned before I'll try to be more concise in the future and with this post.
Reading the huge post (seriously, that's the longest post I've even seen), it seems that you literally wrote down every word from your train of thought. While it's not a bad thing, it does lead to some looping where you say something, then rather than briefly refer back to your previous statement you write it out again.
You also pretty much cemented yourself in the first category since you put in so much thought to the post, wrote it all out and then even +1'd a post that you disagreed with because it made you have an interesting thought.
It was quite a large post, but I fully understood his/her point of view, but how and why did she give me reputation twice?
Unfortunately you can find all of this in every forum. That's just how it works. But just saying, you managed to forget all the users with reasonable posts. And just wondering, what is it you think about us moderators?

You're probably talking to Gondile, but I will give you my opinion anyway.
Minecraft Forums is quite a difficult forum to be in, so I can't even imagine what it is like to run and monitor it. People complain about how they were banned and their topics were locked, but that is the standard procedure for moderators to keep the forums clean.
I respect the Moderators on Minecraft Forums for their commitment and resilience and the fact that they have the ability to work quickly and precisely.

I'm not quite sure how I managed to give you +1 twice either. I clicked it once because I your responses helped me write that very long post. =)
I guess it decided to award it to you twice.
Hehehe!
EDIT: On a side note, since it seems that most are able to read the long post just fine... I might just leave it that way. I have so many more projects to work on! =D I hope noone minds.
There are only two kinds of forum folks:
Those who attempt to classify the others, and those that point and lol at such attempts. :wink.gif:
I point and lol at your attempt to classify the others.
Anyway, Right now, Minecraft forums (especially 1.9 discussion) is a bit like Libya. They have the Rebels (people who do not support Minecraft's state of development) and the soldiers (people who very strongly support Mojang). People who are neutral in all of this get caught in the crossfire, and the battle, which is the fight for the 1.9 Discussion forum, is currently in stalemate.
Why? Because neither side will give up.
The Worshippers of Notch's Feet (Suckis of Dickore)
These vary wildly from having the most **** poor grammar on the planet to grammar resembling that of the Smarticus Olda. Despite how they type, they all act the same. Their one true god is Notch and he is their master. Whatever choices he makes, they are right beside him. If an update has ONE bad update and someone complains or suggests differently to it, they will be showered upon with the FAWKIN FURY.
Be especially aware of this type of forum goer, as they travel in packs. **** off one, and you have awakened the bee hive. Prepare for a crapstorm.
The Whiners (QQ....icus)
They will complain every chance they get. If Notch even lifts a finger in the wrong direction to their liking, they will go batcrap insane and throw a temper tantrum, crying their eyes out as they seek ass pats and "damn..."s from everyone. Do not feed this kind, it is better if they go extinct.
Am I the only one that sees a massive contradiction here? You basically make fun of and insult people who defend updates and Notch, but at the same time you make fun of and insult people who attack updates and Notch?
Great job on this thread. Oh, and I found what you did wrong when you joined:
When I joined, I decided to start my welcome party off by starting a thread.
It's best you learn what the community is like beforehand.
You should make a guide on threads now.
One type is the "Brick thread" which is where somebody hasn't used the enter key enough and somehow the forces people to look away from the text in the brick.
THIS TYPE OF THREAD:
Uses too many random
resizings and colourings
The short thread
The way, way too long thread which is about 2 metres of text.
Does really no one else notice that the OP's first actions on the forum were to make a thread, act like a **** in it, then complain that everyone else except him are dicks and should be punished?
Did you take the time to bother to read anything but the first post?
Because it had been discussed.

So you wake up on a beach one day, and remember NOTHING. (Except your degree teachings in Engineering, Wilderness Survival, Metal work, Physics, Tech, Psychology, History, Dynamics, and Blocks.) You mine and build and survive for years and years.

I've yet to see a thread on that section that is a legitimate debate other than repetitive flame.

I just like to lurk and lol at everyone getting so mad.
Like the OP, like the whiners, like everyone.
I seriously think these forums should be shut down for a week and a half, so everyone can cool their **** down.
Been playing Minecraft since 1.1.2_01.
