If anything, i propose a announcement/rule stating that the suggestions forum is a place for constructive and well mannered posts, giving either correct/valued criticism or a general reason why you agree/disagree with it, making sure it's to the topic and not turning into a shitfest just because you dislike the idea or going off-topic.
What about rationalists. I'm not any one particular person. If an idea is blatently stupid or infeasible I'll usually go with the "No."
If an idea would just fun suck with complexity I'll go with complexity hate, and usually with good reason even if everyone else doesn't think so. Same with lag.

That's the ideal setup, but there are situations that almost seem to warrant less constructive discussion, particularly when an idea is very poorly received. I will cite the nuclear bomb suggestion.
