So are you saying that the reason as to why my thread was "automatically marked as Deleted" is
? Will my thread eventually reappear?
No, the post you're referencing applied only during the processing period. For clarity:
Starting on January 12th we began to delete all users who had not consented, after all users had been deleted then we began to delete their public content. This process took more than 24 hours, so there was a period where content was available that would eventually be deleted. The process finished on January 14th.
A bug has been resolved that prevented deleted users from reclaiming their nickname. For users who have been deleted and wish to continue using the forum please do the following:
1. Logout of your Minecraft Forum account
2. Log back in using your Twitch account
3. Navigate to My Account
4. Reclaim your nickname using the form at the bottom
I will provide clarity in the coming days around whether or not we will be able to restore posts upon request. Please be patient as we investigate this option.
If an account has a nickname then it does not need to be reclaimed. You appear to have a separate issue caused by the absence of a Twitch association between the Minecraft Forum account in question. Please submit a support ticket and we can help: https://www.minecraftforum.net/meta/support
im ok that I lost my acc, but one thing that doesn't make sense is the amount of effort put into this. If a big percentage of the users in the EU are affected by this, arent you guys asking yourselves WHY? You keep bringing up the emails and pop up on the website. Why not use something else instead of a popup? Why not message the users profile? There are a lot of ways this whole situation could have been prevented. I blame whoever bought this forum.

That's part of my point above. For something on this magnitude, I'd expect notices on the website proper, telling everybody that a hefty part of the site is at risk, and giving opportunities for passersby to notify their friends who've gafiated or just focused on other forums and media lately.
The way they actually did it smells like a pack of American executives saying: "Just lock away the Europeans' posts, there can't be that many of them, can there? Get the new programmers to set up a warning system, but make sure it doesn't bother anyone except those few users it needs to." /s
Instead of, say: "Guys, these laws we're walking into have major teeth, and they are threatening a major part of this European-founded company's business. our business dealing with a European-created game. We need to get ourselves together and figure out how to handle this without killing our reputation in the gaming community." And then showing some subtlety and creativity in dealing with the problem.

ETA2: Correction, I don't know that Curse is European-founded, but Mojang certainly is.
I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.
Thank you for looking into it.
I'm sorry. I'm just grasping at every straw I can find.

The current status of the situation can be found in this announcement: https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/forums/forum-discussion-info/2944101-regarding-disappearing-threads-posts-and-users
I will edit my comments in this thread to add reference to the new status announcement.
No such option exists for me, all I got is the link to go to twitch to manage my account. I have a 8 1/2yr old account im trying to reclaim. https://www.minecraftforum.net/members/KillerDragn .
