Unsure if it's just my setup (Win7, Chrome), but it seems all non-default fonts are broken, including any set by myself or others, in posts or in signatures.
For example, attempting to use Comic Sans will prefix the text with "", sans-serif">" instead of applying the font.
I've been having this issue for what must almost be a year now, not sure how it affects others' setups.

This has happened occasionally, but only when the forums are being slower than usual. I generally use Firefox on Windows 10.

This is a known issue, unfortunately any font with a space in the name (eg: "comic sans") won't render and will produce the broken output. You can find a list of usable fonts in my post here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/forums/forum-discussion-info/2712226-problem-with-book-antiqua-font#c2
