So four of my friends have all had their accounts stolen and changed to the same email (redacted) they can't get their accounts back due to not having a transaction ID because they bought the accounts back in 2014ish. This is a warning to all players SET UP 2FA

Tell your friends ways to avoid (or at least significantly reduce the chance) getting accounts stolen
Install antimalware and make sure is actively blocking malware.
Use strong and not so easy to guess or generate passwords
Never give your account information away, no matter who they claim to be
Use 2 step verification with phone number on the corresponding email address
and make sure your phone also has antimalware and a firewall.
Don't use public WiFi without an encrypted VPN, in fact try to avoid Wifi as it is not great for online gaming.
Change your password every year, every month if possible.
Never use the same password for your email as the one on your Minecraft Java account.
Don't visit untrustworthy sites
Don't install anything if it is from a site that isn't safe or secure, even mods can contain malware.
