So, I just had an idea... dual-boot Android Ice-Cream Sandwich ( using an emulator, of course) and Windows 7. If the PC were configured right? Would it work? Would it be practical, or would running Android with an emulator inside Windows be more practical?
A. I don't know if that's possible, (are there even any Android emulators out there?) and I don't think it would be practical. Or dual-booting. You're dealing with not only entirely different OS's, but different platforms as well, but then again there are old console emulators. But still, I don't think any of those ideas would be practical if you could find a way for them to work.
B. The names Android gives it's platform names is ridiculous.
Jakus12: Yes, I believe there are emulators out there for it, but I'm not entirely sure. Give me a minute.
EDIT: Yes, there are emulators, but there is no Market, and the one I found is slow.
Xaanos: That's what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure. They are ridiculous, and highly entertaining, but like HeavyLobster said, they're easier to remember.
fm87: Didn't think it would be practical...dang it. Playing Shadowgun on a PC would be amazing, and adding to the fact that it's huge (for an Android app, anyways) makes me kind of hesitant to play it.
Thank you all for your help, and I believe my questions are answered, unless anyone has any more info.
That is all.

Just use the x86 version of android I have not used it my self.

It's significantly easier to remember which version you're running, though.
Etch, Squeeze, Wheezy, Sid...
