hi i really want to use the dimension tutorial but it's not working. it goes to the website but the tutorial doesnt show up. pls use minecraft forum
The tutorials on weebly were down for a bit, and I'm not sure that Asyncronous has gotten hers back up yet. I will be making a Dimension tutorial soon, and with her permission, I could post it here, or I may just start a new topic.

Sorry I haven't been making tutorials lately I have been coding a ton of things, like finishing up AITS, helping darkhax with More Swords, and another side project, and trying to write tutorials for yall. But I haven't had much time to do the tutorials part really and I (really) want to

First of all, please use spoiler tags if you post a stack trace, as they can get quite long. Secondly, read your stack trace. There is a NullPointerException being thrown from whatever you are doing on line 9 of FalloutB. That line of code is where your problem originates, most likely a variable that didn't get initialized or something.

Whenever I get the chance to finish remaking it, like I posted earlier I have been extremely busy. But as for a rough ETA I'm thinking after Christmas sometime. because I am taking a break from modding for the week and spending time with loved ones :), but I won't be coding much through then. but I will try to get some stuff done when I get the time to. And try and upload it before then but it will be a lot trickier. Although I could get it done tonight :), I want to finish making something for darkhax's mod, that I'm sure all of you will enjoy :), so if I get that done then my English essay do tomorrow I will think about trying to get the tut done if I have enough "energy".

I've been looking everywhere so I'll paste my stack trace and all of the parts of the code that I put into my project from the tutorial I was following. I am truly lost mostly because the stack trace doesn't really talk about my mod.

Just one last note before I throw my arms un in the air... My errors talk a lot about the network stuff. I don't have my mod setup for universal, could this be part of the problem?
it's not that i figured out what is the problem, it's because i'm using my own grass block for this biome and because of that it crashes, how to fix that? well i really have no idea, i asked Asyncronous if she knew anything, well she didn't respond yet.
same problem for me
Yeah mine runs fine when I use vanilla blocks. Not so much when i use my own blocks.
I think it has something to do with casting my blockID (3000) to a byte which the max is 127 as Leah mentioned in her tutorial.

Erm... shouldn't you cast that to an int? I believe you can make a class field in your class, that is an int, and then override the methods to use it instead.

Dude I'm going to try this right now! I knew I couldn't cast to an int because it would have to alter the base code but I never thought of an override! I'm still learning and will be for a long time thanks again and here's hoping!

K, Enjoy yourself. I'll try to figure it out. But I'm stuck at a point where i cannot get a texture on my projectile entity.. Any ideas how?
umm basically you need to do a renderer of the entity...
I can render it by registering it is an entity, but i cannot seem to change the texture of it. It always ends up as a 3D white box. Do i have to add a line of code to let it "fold" a texture.
"fold" was the only word that came to my mind, cause most of the 3D textures are also "folded" from a png file
Can someone tell me how to get the base files to work? i used the install.bat and i made all the files, and i thought i did it correctly but now some modloader files are in red "The import Blahblah could not be resolved"
