Hello i am making a mod that adds items that when they are in your tool bar it does something like give the player a potion effect. I could not find any thing like it so i was wondering if you know how to do something like that?

Hello, i have a problem. If i make a Custom Creative Tab then i see it but i its empty

and i have

.setCreativeTab(Mymod.mytab);
I dont know whats the problem please help

Hey everyone,

So I've downloaded Forge for 1.5.1 (http://files.minecra...1-7.7.1.611.zip). Inside the zip is a single folder "forge" that contains the necessary files.

When I run the install.cmd batch from within "forge" I get this error:

Can anyone help? Is a firewall or something blocking socket operations???
