If you've been getting this error when you try to run minecraft inside of eclipse to test your mod, its probably because you didn't set the native library.
1. Click on your project and then Project > Properties
2. Click on the little arrow next to minecraft.jar to expend it
3. Click on Native Library Location and then edit
4. Click on "External Folder.."
5. Navigate to C:\Users\Oxysoft\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\ and select the native folder in there
