Hello all, im part of the latest batch of noobs trying to learn modding with modloader.
I have followed a few tutorials but they all seem to end before they start talking about the custom textures of the new items or mobs that you make.. given enough time im sure i could figure it out, but im wondering how it reads the textures that you add. Does it read it like it does a mob skin and wrap it around the thing or does it read one side and then read another side(like how a chest is broken up into a couple pieces because its not the same on all sides)
I cant find any tutorials that really explain this so i would be forever thankful if i was shown one or if you could just explain it in a comment. Also this is my first post so i apologize for any miscategorization or anything.
