Alright, to do this, remove the file inside the .zip file and place that on your desktop.
Edit that to your hearts content, then make that folder's Contents(As in not the folder itself) a zip file.
Put that in the texturepacks folder and bam :biggrin.gif:

Do you mean?
1. Remove [TPSK.zip] files on desktop
2. Edit the TPSK files (Armor, Terrain, GUI, etc.)
3. Then make those files into a [.zip] file
4. Place that [.zip] file into (C:\...\.minecraft\texturepacks)
