Just a heads up, your entire site (Landing page, client portal and Multicraft) appears to be down (Though MC servers themselves are still up) with a '522 Connection Timed Out' error from Cloudflare.
The old and new manager of this host has constantly displayed immaturity wherever he goes, and is your typical summer host. The difference is that this specific owner's parents has quite a large sum of money, and has given some to their son in order to throw at companies to acquire them, though he has no real knowledge on how to operate a host securely, efficiently, nor with stability. He has hired his friends, who are also the same way. While these all may seem like assumptions to you, they have been proven in countless Skype groups, and people who have dealt with him outside his staff can vouch for what I am posting here. I would not trust your data, your uptime, or your personal information with Simple Node LLC, especially under the new management.
I am not affiliated with Simple Node, nor any hosting company on this forum. This post does not break any forum rules.
Thanks for your very rude opinion. We do not plan on leaving the business after summer and we actually plan on expanding into more steam markets after the summer.
The reason your server and files were deleted was because you didn't pay any of your monthly invoices for an extended period of time. They were suspended and then, after a month of non-payment completely terminated. Two months later, the customer returned and asked where his server, files, and dedicated ip were. After a service is terminated we don't keep any backups of server files and data.
I'd also like to add since the change in ownership, the quality in support and the service has highly degraded. I wouldn't recommend this company to many people. Sorry Simple-Node, but you've gone down a dark path lately.

So my friend decided to contact me earlier if I could host him a server yet sadly I had to tell him I no longer was involved in that business. Without thinking much about it, I referred him to Simple-Node and later received this chat log: http://pastebin.com/6PNF8jFZ Not sure what all to say about their support at this point, but it doesn't look good.

Listen, I don't know how much of what you said is still relevant to right now as this post is like months old but I use to host with them months ago and today I got an email from them.
And it turns out they have been hacked and everything has been stolen. Just go to their website and you will see the following:

Hi,
Thanks for you reply
I'm not curious to why your name is very similar to theirs, they have been around for quite some time now.
Thanks

I would advise to no longer use them and if you're seeing this, find someone else.
I would share what the email said, but atlas I accidentally deleted it :/ I will see if I can get it back later today.
Edit: I am not affiliated with Simple Node, nor currently any hosting company on this forum.
