As a customer for 4 months now I can assure you that I have had no lag or any issues (other than me being stupid) with thus host and highly recommend them as I've said before, @gsina97

Check out my server play.spikeycraft.com! (If I haven't broken it... )
The original MineRack host was really bad so MineRack still has somewhat of a bad rep. The new owners of MineRack are dedicated to MineRack and her customers.
It is not working I bought a 512 MB mcpe server and console says:

Tim here regarding the php not found error. Unfortunately our software that syncs updates to each node failed on one node causing a few customers to get a error message that php was not found. I did check that updates were being pushed out but I guess we missed one. A fix is rolling out right now the servers should all sync within ten minutes.
I'm also doing some upgrades so that this sort of thing will not happen again.
It looks like my test server is already able to boot on the affected node:
[Server] NOTICE Spawn terrain for level "world" is being generated in the background
03.06 13:51:15 [Server] INFO Preparing level "world"
03.06 13:51:15 [Server] NOTICE Level "world" not found
We are looking at a lot of E3 servers right now in Las Vegas and if all goes well we will buy them. If you want to reserve a slot you can buy a L5600 series server and ticket to have it upgraded to E3's when they get racked.
If you are interested in a E3 and don't want to pre-purchase just log-in and put in a ticket with the size you want so we know how many E3's to get.
The following links are for the L5639 servers, which we can later migrate to the E3 once we get them racked.
If anyone is interested in a Luxembourg, Europe E3 server (4gb or higher) please ticket so I know. We won't be able to deploy a E3 server there unless we can fill a node due to low demand.
And now for some boring stuff:
So I completely re-programed our server management software and it's about 95% done. Several modules are already running on the nodes and have been successful. This will bring us stability and logging that is missing with a standard multicraft deployment.
Our new software can now quickly deploy new nodes, repair nodes, sync jar directories from a master copy, automate client-server recoveries(Still working on it) and a bunch of monitoring and other stuff.
I wrote it in a way that will be very stable and quick. I'm relying on my own code and standard gnu tools rather than importing outside software (no more syncthing)
When we switch from Multicraft to our own panel these scripts will still be compatible for the most part, with minor tweaks to adapt them. We are getting closer and closer to our goals.
Those of you who missed your chance at a E3 in the past few weeks, we just had a small increase in stock, you can get your 4GB 5GB 6GB or 8GB server today on a E3 1230 or better CPU with dedicated resources.
We have had a very positive reaction from the mod community and we thank you for sharing your screenshots of your builds with us, maybe a few of you would want to post them here on MCF so people can see what you are doing with your Minerack Server.
We have added several modpacks to our jar list,
All are the current "Recommended versions" of the following packs:
Tekkit Launcher: http://www.technicpack.net/
[1.6.4] Tekkit_Server_v1.2.9g
[1.2.5] Tekkit_Classic_3.1.2
[1.4.7] Tekkit_Lite_Server_0.6.5
[1.6.4] Tekkit: Attack of the BTeam_Server_v1.0.12a
EDIT: Added a pre-configured Spigot 1.8.7 Factions server with Essentials and a bunch of other good stuff. All you have to do is select the "[1.8.7] Preconfigured: Spigot Factions Essentials" jar and hit save. Restart your system and in the multicraft console type "pex user USERNAME group add Owner ", where USERNAME is replaced with your in game name. There's default, Member, VIP, Moderator, Admin, and Owner ranks with permissions already pre-setup. I hope you enjoy it!
The CPU's we have for all 4GB+ plans are fantastic and are dedicated resources, meaning you can beat up the CPU all you want with the most hellish of FTB machines and it'll run great.
I just finished re-coding the backup software so that we can have faster more reliable backups and restores. Saved so much room and resources I've added a monthly backup so we can go a few months back instead of just four weeks. This should help people who decide to come back after a longer break we might be able to find their files for a longer period of time. Of course a backup isn't a complete backup unless it exists in three locations so I would suggest you all still keep the occasional backup to your PC just for the purpose of keeping good operational practices.
Generally one doesn't deal with Aldryic unless there is a problem with billing. He doesn't BS and he's to the point.
People hate those qualities.
That being said I never feel the need to apologize for him or his actions. He does what's best for the company, period.
Though I wish you could have had a positive experience, you didn't, but we still sold out all of our stock so obviously we are doing right by the massive amount of our loyal users.
I know a lot of hosts are going out of business because it's the end of the summer and they are going back to school. Just letting you guys know we are not kids and we will be here as this is a long term investment in a professional datacenter with owned servers.
Also, for those of you who were asking, no we are not hiring. There's a flood of people looking for positions right now since they all lost their jobs with OVH raised their prices and summer hosts closed down. We are not on OVH and we are immune to that sort of issue since we own our own stuff.
E3's are back in stock again, get them while you can. We won't be buying any new hardware until our next round of updates and upgrades are done so get your 4GB or higher server in Las Vegas before someone else does.
Due to some cancellations cause kids are going back to school we now have plenty of stock again. Those of you who were waiting can go ahead and grab any size server any location.
Lots of people asking us if we are OVH, we are NOT..
We know OVH hosts are all pretty much down, but we are not affected because we own our own hardware and we have real ddos protection in datacenters with multiple routes to the internet.
Our users are safe and unaffected by what many people are calling the "minecraft apocalypse".
You can get a free dedicated Ip (default 25565 port) on request and 100Gbit/s ddos protection from voxility is enabled by default.
I hope you guys take backups of your servers because several people have had their services cancelled from other hosts.
I'm not a Minerack representative, but from the TOS on their site:
3. Refund Policy
Any refund wanted 3 (three) days after activation will be given, minus setup fees if there are any. After 3 days we won't issue any refunds
...
As he said
Thanks!
Francisco

Good news everybody! E3's are back in stock. You can order any server 4GB or higher from our website https://minerack.org/ or from our shopping cart E3 section https://minerack.org/support/cart.php?gid=20
You will have blazing fast CPU power at your fingertips to run large modpacks such as FTB or Tekkit or create the best spigot server money can buy.
We only sell real hardware ram, no overselling. So there will only be a few servers on each node.
Of course you will get a Dedicated IP on the Default port with the same awesome DDOS protection.

I can vouch for this, Bought 2 gb plan for 1 month no lag yet, and the support is pretty quick.
GPU's can't run games on their own.

Hello,
We don't offer servers in Sweden, we do have Luxembourg though. You should be ~50ms to that location from Sweden.
