EVERY HOST HAS IT PROBLEMS, calm down. At least we're actually kept up to date on why all this happening and what they're doing to fix it. I've hosted with them for less than a month and while my stability has been an issue, its something they've been working on. You can't do much more than that. It was working fine before a week ago, I think you guys just decided to join at a really bad time. Get over it...
Is anyone else currently experiencing an issue being unable to connect to FTP no matter what I do it says login info incorrect, server wont start either.
If your hosted from the Phoenix server, they're rebooting that whole thing. Trying to solve all the instability issues. No one can start their servers. If not, then I have no clue :biggrin.gif:

I am in the AZ data-center yes lol but on the Gemini server *I know gemini has a role to play* Not really worried about it just confused. Couldn't tell if pheo is being refereed to as the data-center or a specific server (said it was a server above) so I was all "o_o!!"
What a worthless service. I accidentally purchased a server in the wrong node (This was entirely my fault, granted.) So over the course of 6 hours, I was transferred to the US node. This satisfied me, but the new server just doesn't work period. It is locked in offline mode and WILL NOT go online, yet I am continued to be insisted that it is "online". Also, my GIGANTIC world filled with ages of work (This world was worked on a long time outside of my time with this hoster) was lost, and I am INCREDIBLY ticked off. Not to mention, while this long shmeal was going out, half-answers were given to me incredibly slowly every 30 minutes. I have NEVER experienced such HORRID customer service in all my server hosting career. I will continue to post a link to this post frequently, however tempting their prices may be, DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROVIDER. I am currently waiting for a response from the Customer Service regarding the recovery of my world, stay tuned.

You don't frequently backup the maps to a local disk or cloud service?...

Yeah, I joined this host 2 days ago and it's not going well at all. Server crashed yesterday during prime time and now it's been down for about 2 hours today... not impressed at all.
Yea, really. I started the server 2 days ago, and me and friends put A LOT of work into it. But now whenever I click on anything in the control panal, it lags a freakin TON and does nothing. It is stuck offline but says it's online, even when I click "force stop" a lot.

edit;
I also Cannot access configuration.
Is this part of the ongoing issues atm with pheo? According to twitter Gemini is only about a week old so meh... if they're in the same data-center it could be that... :sad.gif:
Now it cannot to the FTP at all (timeout) Control panel still says server configuration for the server properties isn't accessible & its showing that the server is "running" which is frozen that way, cant turn it off or restart it.

Look in your control panel. Says there's network issues.
Yep, quite glad to see that :smile.gif: know they're working on it & keeping us informed. Once this is up though Im going to transfer to their FR node for two reasons
1) More Europeans play this game
2) the FR node seems to be insanely more stable without any hiccups

And we're back on the Minecraft Forums! We asked to have our thread removed from the forums when we ran into infrastructure problems with Minecraft on our network back in September 2011. After a bit over a year of development and testing we've greatly improved our network and management, we asked to have our thread reopened here. We've hosted over 2,000 Minecraft servers since the thread was removed, have added two global staffed locations where we run support out of (New York and UK) and completed a full overhaul of our management in late 2012 to provide much better service for our customers.
We welcome any questions or concerns that any customers, current or future, may have, through this thread, PM or support ticket. As always, you can also request a week long trial through a support ticket.
