You're barking up the wrong tree. The employees had little to do with what happened so telling us to go to hell isn't really justified.
And for the record all of the previous staff are in the same boat as you are as we still have not been paid our final paychecks. Not that we're expecting the money after all of this time.
I've been informed that ClubUptime no longer has a PayPal account so short of going to small claims I'm not sure if you'll ever get your money back. Good luck though, and I hope you do get refunded!

Thing is that I'm not barking at employees. Employees are just that, employees. It's the owners that I'm barking at, and I know I'll never see a refund now, these jerks should have to go to court, but I can't seem to get enough people together to stand up in court to make a difference. Personally I'd gladly forgo the refund and see the culprits that did this fraud put into jail. Because that is exactly where they should be.
