So far, horrendous. I got the server and the generated world was all messed up with players disappearing randomly and random lag spikes that all of us saw, and that was with no plugins. Add to this that FTP also did not work whatsoever, so had to query them about that too. And in order to get Tekkit to work, you need to send them a ticket which takes a good few hours to respond to for them to actually change it (it doesn't work with the Multicraft control panel).
And now I've had continuous errors that say, on Multicraft, "
Error getting player list: Can't connect to Minecraft bridge! (10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. )
I can't do anything about that error because that's server side so no one can connect to the server now and I can't start it because that message keeps coming up. I put in a ticket a couple of hours ago but who knows when they'll respond and if they'll actually fix it.
Probably not the worst host I've used thus far, but from my experience all I can say is avoid this host.

You can use Tekkit through the multicraft panel, however you must upload the Tekkit mods. I would like to note that all of our FTP servers are running perfectly fine. Also your configuration caused the problem with the world. You used an outdated plugin which caused issues with chunk generation. We look forward to working with you in the future.
The chunk regeneration issue was caused before I even put any plugins on the server, so I don't know how that came about.
Yes, at the time of your reply the FTP servers are finally working again and the error has finally gone from my server, but I can see it on someone elses' too which I bet they are proud of.
And yes, I sent a ticket about the FTP, Multicraft bridge, chunk error and the lag. The only one I didn't was the random player disappearing issue which stopped when I put Tekkit on.
There should be somewhere on the website that says, clearly, you must upload the Tekkit mods yourself to the server or it won't work, but there wasn't any of that.
Once again we would be glad to help, however I do not see any tickets that are currently active in regards to the issues you are describing. I apologize that wasn't made clear, however you can look inside the mods folder and see that there are no mods in it, and then upload them. Furthermore you cannot imply that other peoples servers are having issues as you do not have permission to access FTP for them.

Server got set up instantly, fast and easy control panel but I had my issues.
First of all, lag issues, constant freezes and jumps ( server overload ) for no apparent reason the cpu was running at around 100% the entire time.
Secondly, trying to upload a map onto the server, the page would just disconnect and the map would not upload so I had to do it via filezilla ftp program and it worked but the server wouldn't start for 20minutes.
Others may have had a good time renting a server from these hosters but I sadly did not, I asked for a refund but they don't normally offer them, so I was borked out 8 dollars for playing on a server which lagged up every two second for around 20minutes.

We'd be glad to help you with any of them. In regards to the lag spike, this is abnormal and normally doesn't occur so we would have to investigate the issue provided that you still had service with us.

We purchased a creeper package and we uploaded the ENTIRE tekkit server but it still will not work. The mods directory is there, but for some reason the console says it isnt. Some sort of access violation maybe, and it cant write the log file either. Our server is under the username grtekkitadmin. Please sort this out quickly. We would appreciate it if you extended our subscription for the days we have been unable to use it if possible.
