I made an account to try to contact someone at OrbitBlade because I can't seem to get service any other way. My server is off/shutdown/nonexistent when I log into Multicraft and has been for days. I have no option to restart it, and I can't access it though the console. I opened a Support Ticket Monday Sept. 8th and have not heard anything. I guess I shouldn't be surprised as I have a billing ticket from August 19th that has gone unanswered for almost a month. I have already paid for service until 10/10/2014, but at this point I would settle for being able to download my world and move on to a different service.
