I'm somewhat wary about your service. I love the price, but a few friends and I tried using your servers for about a week, but could only play for about an hour because the server was constantly down.
I am considering trying again, but only if I for sure know that the server will have your 99.9% uptime as advertised.

This occurred during July of this year.
Odd, that is definitely not the case at the moment. Our system wide uptime for the last month is around 99.99%, we've just had downtime on i think 2 nodes in the last month.
I'm guessing there was some extra circumstances going on when there was that downtime, it's very unusual for that to happen

I would also like some more information on your website hosting. Could you please elaborate on it?
We do daily offsite backups of all servers but they are only intended to be used if there is a hard drive failure. If you want to have regular backups of your maps you need to set something up yourself (But it's a feature we are working to offer in the future!)

The demo yesterday was epic. Though I bought the real thing and it says "Error - Outdated Server" or "The server responded with an invalid key" Help ASAP? Because I really want to play.

how do i delete a FOLDER of my map in the file manager? i selected the map and changed it from "archive" to "remove" and pressed GO and its still there?

Sadly the control panel doesn't support deleting folders, you have to connect with a desktop FTP client to delete them, there is a video tutorial on our knowledgebase

Its an account on a cPanel server, you get all the essentials (PHP, MySQL etc.) and a free subdomain.

Also, how do you get your server - ip once you buy? (from any server host)

Spawn protection is the area around where new players enter the game where blocks can't be broken
