Hi Guys,
Me and another guy are looking to start a new hosting company.
At the moment we have a server admin (him) and a sales/ support person (me, as well as founder)
But we are still looking for:
- Three support representatives (help with issues on servers, config and all that)
- A CEO (who is also the main founder, and is responsible for all finances). We don’t need much investments as we already have a dedicated server that can start us of, till we start to get customers.
- Finance manager (read description below of your role, and if you were experienced you would know that theres more to it).
In order to take these roles you need to be at least 18 (if your 16 and you know everything, thats an exception, but you defiantly have to be over 18 for the CEO and finance manager roles), you must have priorities experience, you must also have good
English and grammar skills as well as good communication skills.
The pay will be as follows, obviously after we start making profit: 20% would go to both founders each (that is the CEO ^^^ and me), 15% would go to the Finance manager, and the remaining 45% would be split between the admin and the other staff (around 3 would be preferred for support representatives).
The role of the CEO is as follows, don't forget you get 25% of all profits made, which is very good in the long run:
- Make sure everything is running fine and everyone is well.
- Make the final decisions for things that affect the company.
- Take care of or approve recruiting new staff if needed.
The role of the Finance manager is as follow, don't forget you get 15% of all profit made, which is very good in the long run:
- Set up a business bank and/or PayPal account and possibly Stripe, bitcoin and other payment methods
- Makes sure we have enough funds to run the company. He will also pay salaries, bills and taxes. He will also work on investments with the CEO (like new servers)
p.s. if you know how to be a CEO as well as the finance manager, you will get 30% of all profits made
all profits above ^^ can be negotiated for everyone, depending on your experience!

Really? I see that you want some random person to apply for a bank account. You are probably doing this... because you are too young? Either way, you're asking for investments inside of a section meant for hosting companies to advertise their services - rather than business proposals.
By the way, you won't get investments like this - especially when you are asking for a bank account, random people to become an employee of a company that will not yield any salary (nor is guaranteed).
Do you have ANY idea the cost it takes to maintain a hosting company. Servers are EXTREMELY expensive for a host to run. In fact if there wasn't an over-saturation of hosting companies servers would be much more expensive.
I have a few questions for you:
Do you have an actual servers either rented, available for resale or even owned? (A PC that you're hosting servers off of doesn't count. I mean an actual server with server grade hardware in a data-centre)
Do you have any experience running a business?
Do you have the appropriate funding to start a server?

Umm, just my two cents.
Yes, he may be a kid, but he's the first one I've seen to use proper grammar and punctuation on most of the paragraph.
(not defending, just saying)
