The company just answered my request and they said that the company that they bought the keys of really didn't ask for the refunds, and they will provide a new key with no costs if I want to.
Or, I can choose to get a new key directly from Mojang, paying something about $7,00 more, the option that I will choose.
I agree, though the company has promised that it will send the key via gift, which I find very difficult to forge.
Edit: I got the gift from the company, it works fine, but when I try to use my Username, the system says that the Username is already in use.
I wrote to Mojang's support, but I guess that it will take some days to get some response.
New edit: I received a response from Mojang where they said that the gift feature for use the old Username isn't implemented yet, but they will add this feature untill the end of this week, then, I tried to use my old Username again, and it worked!
omg this is getting annoying. i really want my mc account back i still have my transaction id so please. you guys may not care but have you ever gotten your mc account removed?

It happened today. I logged out of minecraft and then i logged back in and it said "Welcome player". I thought this was a bug but i realised I was wrong after finding that the button 'Play' Changed to "Play Demo". HELP. You don't understand. I want my account back.

Your lucky, mojang unexpectingly without warning r notice deleted my account and the only reason I found out is that using my user and pass would say invalid credentials and my email and pass brought up play demo,! So I didn't even get a refund, an my mom won't reuse her credit card for it
It isn't working for me either, only letting me play demo after I've paid for it. I've had the full version before, too.
But I haven't received any email about it.

I took a break for about a month and when I signed in I discovered that I could no longer play the game. I contacted support through the Mojang web site at help.mojang.com expecting I would get some type of email but I got nothing.
I soon discovered that I received an email back in November that mentioned that upon request your transaction has been reversed and you will be reimbursed. The thing is, I never requested the transaction to be reversed nor did I ever get reimbursed. The only I know is that my account no longer works.
Of course I went through the process of trying to get support again at help.mojang.com with no avail. I never got a response or anything. I did one last ditch effort going through their support site today hoping that I would hear something but I am not expecting much.
This is a "Buyer Beware" thing. My initial thought is that Mojang was scammed but the fact that their support is this atrocious about responding and getting back to requests I would recommend that you think twice before purchasing anything from them. As of now I see no recourse to getting things set right when their support does not get back to you.

I've tried resetting my password through minecraft.net but I never got a email. My email and minecraft passwords or totally different so I don't think I got hacked plz help me.
My account is not working it only says play in offline mode,and I payed 20$ for this game and im not going to be happy if it dosen't fix itself my brother a smart person with computer and all that good stuff couldn't get it working and im really mad that this happend I bought it from the mine craft web site.

I'm wondering if my take on this is right. I know Mojang is saying that buying Gift Code from anybody else is not valid...
I'm thinking though, if there are gift codes that are being (were) accepted by Mojang/Minecraft and allowed to create account and play with it for some time.
It's not like the account was hacked from them, but accepted by their authorization servers based on the code that was available from third party resellers (like in many, many other situations with PS3/4 or Xbox)
It seems that Mojang was issuing the gift codes and either they change the way it's working, or the codes were stolen, it's still Mojang responsibility to take care of this, not to punish innocent people by disabling their account they paid money.
I wonder if there is any legal recourse being in place or a solution to this simple mishap by Mojang.

Hello i bought mine craft june 2013 and have been playing everyday. i played this morning and i was fine, but in the afternoon it said "PLAY DEMO".......i followed the directions they give you on how to fix it but....it says i never bought MC....i still have my code i bought from walmart...i dont have the money to buy another? can someone help me asap?
